Exhausted From Night Wakings? A Baby Sleep Plan Where Both Parents Get Rest

Sale price  Rs. 149.00 Regular price Rs. 1,490.00

One of you has done every night wake up for months, and you have both started to resent the other.

You are counting hours instead of sleeping. The baby wakes, feeds, drifts off and wakes again. You have tried the tips from the family group, the advice from your aunt and three different videos, and none of them agree.

Broken nights in the first year are normal, and being this tired does not mean you are doing anything wrong. But you do not have to just survive it.

Often the real problem is that nobody knows what is actually happening at night. Without facts, changes are random. Meanwhile one parent carries the load, the room is hot and full of mosquitoes, and the baby can only fall asleep in one way, so wakes for it every time.

This guide first shows you how baby sleep really works, then helps you find out what is happening in your own nights, set up shifts so both of you rest, and work through a gentle ten night plan when your baby is old enough.

Good to know

This guide is not medical advice and does not promise a baby who sleeps through by a certain date. Every baby is different. The sleep plan is for babies who are old enough, and should be discussed with your paediatrician first, especially if your baby was born early or you have any health worry. It includes a safe sleep note at the start.

Questions

What age is it for?
The first year. The plan section is for babies who are old enough, and it says to check with your paediatrician first, especially for babies under six months or born early.

Does it tell me to leave my baby to cry?
The guide says plainly that the gentle ladder is not about leaving a baby to cry, and that you should never leave a baby distressed for long. It offers three methods, from staying and soothing to timed check ins, and suggests starting with the gentlest one you can keep up. Discuss the plan with your paediatrician before you begin.

Will my baby sleep through the night?
No guide can promise that. It aims for calmer, more predictable nights and better rest for both of you.

Download it, do the three night audit this week, and agree the shift plan tonight.
