Wedding Command Centre Workbook: Vendors, Beauty, Budget & Timeline, Sorted

Sale price  Rs. 249.00 Regular price Rs. 499.00
Edition

Your wedding is scattered across six WhatsApp chats, a screenshots folder and your own memory right now. That's how a bride forgets to confirm the mehendi timing with the caterer, pays a photographer's advance without asking what's actually included, or realises the week before that no one but her knows which vendor is arriving when.

None of that is because you're disorganised. A wedding has dozens of vendors, several functions, real money changing hands, and a hundred small decisions nobody warns you about, like what to ask a makeup artist before you book her, or what order to plan your beauty routine in so nothing is rushed the week of.

The Wedding Command Centre workbook puts all of it, your vendors, your budget, your beauty countdown, your guest list, your outfits and your day-of timeline, in one place, so nothing depends on you remembering it at 11 pm.

Recommended pairing: the Wedding Budget & Vendor Tracker Spreadsheet. Same budget, payment and vendor trackers as this workbook, except the totals calculate themselves as you type instead of you doing the maths by hand.

Written by Aarushi Chawla, based in Delhi, who has spent years working at Indian weddings from the inside and has seen exactly where the planning, and the beauty side of it, quietly falls apart.

More than once, a bride has ended up with a big-name vendor who arrived late, worked in a rush, and left the real work, styling, draping, touch-ups, to an assistant. It happens on the one day of all days that can't be redone. It's exactly why this workbook has a section on what to actually ask before you book anyone, not just how good their portfolio looks.

Choose your edition

This workbook comes in two editions. Use the dropdown above to pick the one that matches your wedding:

  • City Wedding (33 pages): for a wedding at home, with guests who live nearby and vendors you can meet in person.
  • Destination & Outstation Wedding (48 pages): for a wedding away from home, whether that is a resort a few hours away or a destination abroad. Includes everything in the City edition, plus room blocks, hosting tiers, guest travel, travelling vendors and paying across currencies.

Inside every edition

  • A one-page Master Wedding Dashboard: your single source of truth for dates, venue, guest count, budget and key contacts
  • A wedding countdown, an Event Planner Template for every function, and an All My Functions At A Glance overview
  • A Guest List & RSVP Tracker and a Shagun & Gift Tracker
  • A Vendor Command Centre: a master tracker, the questions worth asking each vendor before you book, and a Quotation Comparison Sheet
  • A Budget Planner, a Wedding Payment Tracker and a checklist of easily forgotten wedding costs
  • An Outfit & Jewellery Tracker for every function
  • A bridal beauty countdown and a guide to comparing bridal makeup artists beyond the prettiest Instagram grid, because a rushed booking on your wedding day is not something you get a second chance at
  • A "build your timeline backwards" page with a worked example, plus a blank hour-by-hour wedding day page
  • The 30-Day No-Panic Plan, The Last Few Days and a Wedding Day Emergency Kit list
  • A Who's Responsible? sheet you can hand to your family, so you stop being the only one tracking every task

Only in the Destination & Outstation edition

  • A Choosing Your Destination page that compares your shortlist on paper before anyone falls in love with a photograph
  • A Resort & Venue Package Decoder for the things a quote hides: room and food minimums, outside-vendor fees, curfews, permits, deposits and cancellation terms
  • A Site Visit Planner, for you or for someone you send in your place
  • A Room Block tracker with the release date, an Overflow Properties Shortlist and a Room Allocation sheet
  • Guest List & Hosting Tiers, a Who Pays What page, and a Guest Travel & Arrival Manifest to hand to whoever runs hospitality
  • Welcome Kits & Hospitality Desk checklists
  • A Vendors Who Travel With You page for flights, rooms, per diems, baggage and visas
  • A hosted-guests budget summary, a Payment Tracker with a currency column, a Paying Across Currencies page and a list of easily forgotten destination costs
  • Outfits, Jewellery & Cargo: what stays in hand luggage, what is checked in and what is shipped ahead, plus a Documents & Legal page
  • A backwards timeline builder adapted for a multi-day event, an hour-by-hour wedding day page, and a Destination Emergency Kit list
  • On-Ground Contacts & Emergencies, a Travel Week Chaos Checklist and a Going Home page

Trackers, worksheets and checklists included

  • Master Wedding Dashboard and All My Functions At A Glance
  • Guest, RSVP and shagun trackers (plus room block, hosting tier and travel trackers in the Destination & Outstation edition)
  • Vendor tracker and quotation comparison sheet
  • Budget planner and payment tracker
  • Outfit and jewellery tracker
  • Wedding day timeline builder and hour-by-hour page
  • One-page checklists to print or save to your phone for the final stretch before the wedding

This is for you if

  • You're planning your own wedding, in India or abroad, and want one calm place for all of it
  • You don't want to be the only person who knows which vendor is confirmed, what's been paid, and what's still owed
  • You want a system for your bridal beauty timeline, not just a countdown that starts too late
  • You'd rather know what to ask a vendor before you book them than find out what you should have asked after
  • You want your family to actually help, with a list of who's doing what instead of everyone asking you
  • You want a realistic final-week plan instead of a "perfect wedding" checklist that ignores how weddings actually go

You will walk away with

  • One place for every vendor, quote, advance, balance and follow-up question
  • A bridal beauty countdown so nothing is rushed or last-minute
  • The questions to ask before you book any vendor, not just after something goes wrong
  • A wedding-day timeline built backwards from your ceremony time, so the whole day actually runs on time
  • A family point-person and a sheet that hands real tasks to real people
  • A final-week checklist you can print, tick off and actually feel ready with

Good to know

This is a planning workbook. It is not a wedding planner, and it is not legal, financial or medical advice. It does not recommend specific vendors or properties. Every family, city and community does things differently, so cross out anything that does not apply to you. In the Destination & Outstation edition, the pages on permits, TCS and remittance are lists of questions to take to your lawyer, bank and CA, because rules and rates change. The PDF is not a fillable form: print the pages you want to write on, or mark it up in a PDF app on your phone or tablet. The workbook ends with a short closing note from the author. It is entirely optional, and you can skip it completely.

Format and delivery

Digital PDF workbook, A4. The City edition is 33 numbered pages plus a cover; the Destination & Outstation edition is 48 numbered pages plus a cover. Read it on your phone, tablet or computer, or print the pages you want. This is a digital product, so nothing is shipped. You get access to the download after checkout.

Questions

How do I know which edition I need?
If your wedding is in your own city and your guests are local, choose City Wedding. If guests need to travel and stay somewhere, whether that is a resort a few hours away or a destination abroad, choose Destination & Outstation Wedding.

Do I need to print it?
No. You can use it on a phone or tablet with a PDF markup app. Many brides print the trackers and the checklists, and keep them in one folder.

I already have a wedding planner. Do I still need this?
A planner runs your vendors and your schedule. This workbook gives you and your family the whole picture in one place, your own record of quotes and payments, and a clear list of who is doing what.

My wedding is coming up soon. Is it too late?
No. The countdowns start well ahead of the wedding, but the vendor tracker, payment tracker, timeline and final-week checklists are useful whenever you start. Begin with the section that matches where you are now.

Does it cover my functions and traditions?
The pages are built around functions many Indian weddings share, such as engagement, mehendi, haldi, sangeet, cocktail, wedding and reception. Every region and community is different, so rows can be crossed out, renamed or left blank.

Can I switch editions after buying?
Choose the edition that matches your wedding before checkout. If you are unsure, the question above can help you decide.

Every week you plan without a system is a week more that lives only in your head. Choose your edition above, download it tonight, and put your wedding somewhere safer than six chat threads.
